What is this lil Trade-In Program about?

In conjunction with the 4th IQOS anniversary, the lil Trade-In Program organized by VH Distribution Sdn. Bhd., 13-7 Jalan USJ 9/5Q, Subang Business Center, 47620 Subang Jaya ("Seller ") offers eligible nicotine users residing in Malaysia who are 18 years old or over (“Legal Age Nicotine User” or “LANU” and “Legal Age User” or “LAU”) a chance to trade-in their e-cigarette device* and get a new lil SOLID 2.0 device at only RM 49 during the program period. Limit to 3 trade-in redemptions per customer.

Who is eligible for the lil Trade-In Program?

The lil Trade-In Program is open to all Legal Age Nicotine Users or Legal Age Users who own any e-cigarette devices*. You are entitled to have a maximum of three (3) trade-in redemptions only. The lil SOLID 2.0 device must be registered to you.

What is ‘disposable e-cigarette’ product?

A disposable e-cigarette is a single-use e-cigarette that has no set up or maintenance. They are pen style e-cigarettes, pre-filled with e-liquid and come with a charged battery. It cannot be refilled. You simply remove it from the box and vape it until the e-liquid runs out or the battery becomes depleted.

 

What is the duration of the lil Trade-In Program?

The lil Trade-In Program in IQOS Authorised Centres will run from 4th November 2022 until 31st December 2022 or while allocated stocks last.

The lil Trade-In Program in selected Pods & Tobacco outlets* will run from 22nd November 2022 until 31st December 2022 or while allocated stocks last.

Where do I trade-In my device for a lil Solid 2.0 during this lil Trade-In Program?

This lil Trade-In Program is only offered at IQOS Authorised Centre (excluding East Malaysia) and selected Pods & Tobacco outlets*. You can locate IQOS Authorised Centre and Pods & Tobacco outlets by searching on Google.

If I trade-In my device at IQOS Authorised Centre or the selected Pods & Tobacco outlet, will I be rewarded with any rebate from other on-going programs?

No, there will be no additional rebate under this lil Trade-In promotion. When you trade-in your e-cigarette(s), you will be entitled to get a brand new lil SOLID 2.0 at only RM49. This lil Trade-In Program is also not valid with any other programs and promotions.

 

If I refer a friend to participate in the lil Trade-In Program through the ‘Referral’ Program, will I receive a reward?

Yes, as a referrer, you will be rewarded with 10% reward for every successful trade-In [10% of RM99] (You may refer to the ‘Referral’ Program for further details).

Are there any other Terms & Conditions that I have to be aware of?

• The Seller decisions on all matters relating to the Program will be final and binding.
• The Seller reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Program without prior notice. For the avoidance of doubt, any cancellation, termination or suspension by the Seller of the Program shall not warrant any claim or compensation against the Seller for any losses or damages suffered.
• The Seller reserves the right as it deems fit to vary or change any of these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. These Terms and Conditions may be varied or changed by the Seller through an electronic direct mailer (eDM) or in any other manner deems suitable by the Seller.
• The Seller reserves the right not to honor the promotional offer if there is suspicion of fraud or any illegal activity.
• By participating in the Program, user agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (as modified and varied from time to time).
• These Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of Malaysia. Any legal dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuala Lumpur.
• In the event of any inconsistencies between the English version and the Bahasa Malaysia version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
