The Virtual Product Demonstration (VPD) is a real-time interaction between you & our IQOS coaches that takes place via the internet using both a Zoom audio & video call. VPD explains about the usage, maintenance & benefits of using IQOS which will give you the optimum user experience. Your highly trained IQOS coach will accompany you throughout the session as you begin your IQOS journey.

You must be a legal-age nicotine user (18 years old or above) who would like to continue enjoying nicotine products.

The VPD is another platform for you to engage with us to ask any questions & learn more about the usage, maintenance & benefits of using IQOS. Participation is not required, but it is highly encouraged.

Your VPD session takes about 30 minutes. Depending on the questions you might have for your IQOS coach, your session might be longer or shorter.

The chat room that we assign will be private, with a unique chat room link & password for you to enter the room. For further information, you may also refer to our privacy notice at www.pmiprivacy.com

Your VPD session is recorded for the internal purpose of training & service improvements. The recordings will be deleted once the quality checks have been completed within the retention period of 3 months. If it is more comfortable for you, you may keep your camera off during your session.

The VPD session is just between your IQOS coach & yourself. However, if you know of others that are interested in a VPD session of their own, they can schedule a session too at iqosmyvgt.com provided they are of legal age & a smoker.
