To obtain a copy of your receipt, please contact IQOS Customer Care who will be able to send you a copy of your receipt via e-mail.
Can I amend or cancel my order?
Once you complete payment for your order and receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking code, your purchase has been finalized and you will not be able to amend or cancel your order.
How do I track my order?
You can track your order via Citylink Website http://www.citylinkexpress.com/MY/Reference.aspx
1) When your order is placed on my.iqos.com and payment is completed, a confirmation e-mail with the tracking code will be sent to you. You can use the tracking code to check the status of your order.
2) When your order has been packed and dispatched, Citylink will contact you on your mobile number that you have registered with us to inform you of the date and time of delivery.
3) On the day of your delivery, the Citylink dispatch will contact you on your mobile number that you have registered with us to inform you of his time of arrival.
Do I have to be present during delivery?
Preferably yes. However, if you are unable to be present to accept delivery, you may authorize a person to accept delivery on your behalf, provided always that the following requirements are met.
The person you authorize to accept delivery on your behalf MUST:
1. Provide his/her NRIC for age verification. We require the individual accepting delivery of the order to be aged 18 and over.
2. Provide his/her name and relationship to you to our delivery personnel who will need to update the delivery information.
3. Acknowledge receipt of acceptance of the delivery by signing on the delivery document.
Can I ship to a P.O. Box?
No. Because we require an individual aged 18 and over to accept delivery of the order.
How long will delivery take?
Deliveries in Klang Valley for orders received between 9 A.M. to 3 P.M. will be on the next working day.
Deliveries outside Klang Valley will be between 2-5 working days.
Exclusions include:
- Public Holidays
- Circumstances outside our control (for example: Weather Conditions)
